Must I be 21 Years Old to purchase? You must be at least 21 years of age to order alcohol, and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
How Many Attempts Does Courier Make To Deliver? The Courier will make up to three attempts to deliver an order. After the third attempt the package will be shipped back to us and you must contact us and pay for shipping before the order can be re-shipped.
Which U.S. States do we ship to? We ship to all States within the USA and It’s Teritories. At this time we only ship within the USA, no other countries.
Which Countries do we ship to? At this time we only ship within the USA, no other countries.
Is Item Quantity always correct? Item Quantity MAY NOT BE ACCURATE…We apologize in advance for any discomfort this may cause, we can’t guarantee that everything will be in stock even if the system says it is. If we are out of stock on an item you ordered we will notify you to either substitute the item, or issue you a credit for the missing item. If you are concerned please contact us before placing the order.
Do I have to sign for my package? YES, you must sign for an order when it is being delivered, and show proof of your age if you order alcohol (and in some cases you may need to show ID regardless)!
How many items total must I have before Ordering? We prefer order(s) to be in quantities of 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 15. For some orders we sometimes require a minimum.
Do we ship to Businesses? Yes, we ship to business addresses.
Do we ship to PO BOX? Products cannot be shipped to an APO, FPO, PO Box or international. If you have to cancel because you were shipping to a PO Box a 10% Charge may apply.
Invoices; are they included with the order? No, we never include an invoice or receipt with orders. We only include a packaging slip that describes the item(s) – (no pricing), and if there is a comment or message we include that as well with all orders.
How do we package the order(s) and is the box discreet? We use corrugated shipping boxes. We may add a sticker that says something to the extent of Fragile Glass. We also bubble wrap certain items, and tape the tops of certain items. In some cases the label may be damaged, that is to protect the product from leakage. If you prefer to take the chance of the package leaking, please notify us via email (info@grancentenario.store) and we will not tape the top of the product.
Is Ground Shipping Recommended? We do not recommend ground delivery for orders. This is because of the potential heat exposure during warm weather conditions and extreme cold during the winter months. We cannot be held responsible for damaged items due to the selection of ground delivery for your order! If you notify us that you would like your order to be put on hold until temperature conditions are more suitable for shipping, we will attempt to do so at no additional cost.
Why do I get an ERROR Message when I have 25 or More Items? Orders with 25 items or more in the cart, may get an error message: Unfortunately we can’t ship to your location. Please select another location and try again.
I chose expedited shipping? If the order was delivered late, you have 10 Calendar day’s to contact us for any chance of an adjustment to shipping charges. The date in question is when we ship the package, not from when the order was placed.
How long before my order ships? Once your order is confirmed, we do our best to ship the order within 24 to 48 hours, although it may take up to 5 business days before the order is actually shipped.
Shipping, I need my order now! If you need your order right away, whether it is Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select, you want to contact us first before placing that order, we may not be able to ship your order. for 24 to 48 hours, and it can sometimes take longer, we can not guarantee the order get’s out right away!
Do you ship on Saturday and Sunday or Holidays? NO, our courier does not pick up any orders on Saturday or Sunday or Holiday’s. If you placed an order on Friday, the earliest it could go out is on Monday.
When will I receive my Tracking Number? Once the package is shipped, you will get a package tracking number e-mailed to you, if you chose ground shipping, it could take 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

How Do I Pay for my order? Payments are handled through Authorize.net The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

Do we accept PayPal? PayPal, when you process through PayPal, they may flag the account, and the payment on our end is not received for a few days. If this applies, we will hold the order until it is cleared for shipping through PayPal. This usually happens if you pay by check. Alternatively, you can send the funds through PayPal’s Family and Friends option.
What do we use to ship your order? Our goal is to ensure your product arrives in great condition, and we use recycled pulp and corrugated box shippers that are UPS / FedEx certified for shipping.
What happens if I need to Cancel my order? Cancelation, if you decide you don’t want the order, a refund can be issued although a 10% fee will apply, as long as the item(s) have not been set to “Awaiting Shipment” or “Shipped”, in which case we can not stop the process, and the order will not be canceled.
My product is not the same as in the picture why? Items are constantly changing, if you want the same item in the picture, you need to contact us before placing an order with us, otherwise a 10% charge could apply for cancelation. We are sorry, but there is no guarantee you will get the item pictured.
Do you issue refunds? Refund(s) will not be issued for package(s) that are returned to us for any reason. If the order is returned to us, you must contact us within thirty days of last delivery attempt, and pay for shipping in order for us to re-ship the order. Also you have thirty days from the time that you place your order to contact us with either a breakage, error or missing item(s) in order for us to help. What happens if my item(s) leak? Unfortunately there is not much we can do to prevent leakage. We do our best to make sure the cap is sealed well. There are times when this happens, the product has never been tampered with! We do not issue exchanges or refunds for leakage. We may issue a store credit but that is on a case by case basis. I have a problem with my order now what? It is your responsibility to contact us. Please note that you need to get a hold of us in order for us to help you. You have thirty days from the time that you place your order to contact us with either a breakage, error or missing item(s) in order for us to help. Why Do I have so many charges on my Credit Card? Decline, if you try and make a purchase and have a decline your credit card processor may do a pre-authorization on your card, and those funds could be frozen for up to 5 business days before they fall off your statement.
What happens if you are out of what I purchased? In the event that we are out of a product(s), we will make an attempt to contact you, to resolve the issue. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you, we have the right to refund part of an order, or the entire order, a 5% charge will apply.
If I place multiple orders for the same item what happens? Multiple Orders, if they are placed for the same item(s) we reserve the right to cancel or alter your order(s) with a 10% charge! Please call before ordering if you think this may apply to you!
What will happen if I do not order the minimum required? Some item(s) have these or similar wording (When ordering this product please make sure that you order at least X items! If you don’t order at least X item(s) we will cancel your order!!! There is a 10% charge if this applies to you. (X being the value)
What happens if I’m not available to sign for an order? It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange for the acceptance of the package, we do not ship to a PO Box. If the package is returned, the buyer may pay for shipping again, and we will attempt to ship the item(s) again please email us at info@grancentenario.store
Am I responsible for shipping with bad weather? Weather related damage is not the responsibility of richbourbon.us and we cannot guarantee against weather related damages.
What are the laws regarding shipping alcohol? Laws regarding the sale and transportation of alcoholic beverages are complex and constantly changing. The politics, policies and procedures regarding such sales and transportation are different in every state. That is why you are buying from us in California and why title to the alcoholic beverages is passing to you upon purchase. In the event that richbourbon.us may ship wine or other alcoholic beverages to your state in accordance with a state privilege requiring the payment of state taxes, you will be charged the sales tax, if any, assessed by your state for that transaction; otherwise either California sales tax will be assessed on the sale. Title to all product intended for shipment to federal property and Indian reservations passes to the customer when the goods are picked up by the common carrier and California sales tax may be collected on all such purchases. When your order is approved by your credit card company, you own the goods. If you choose shipping as a delivery method, you are asking us to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Is the Outer Package / Display Box included? Not always. We will include the box / package if you request that we do, and if we have it in stock. We can not guarantee the box / package is in perfect condition, and if this is a problem, please email us at info@grancentenario.store
Why do you seem to have different prices in your store? In store prices may be different from those of our online store.
How do you figure out shipping costs? Shipping Costs are based according to handling, weight of the package(s), and destination.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax? Tax: California State Charge of sales tax for anything sold in California is added online or in store, you will be responsible for your own state and district tax if one applies.
Am I responsible for any other taxes? The customer/purchaser/receiver is responsible for the shipment of alcohol and is expected to know and abide by their local and state laws. Additionally the customer/purchaser/receiver is responsible for any taxes that may pertain to the shipment of alcohol and/or other items sold through this website, and taxes for packaging and/or shipping, and gallon-age taxes if so applicable.
